Brent Agee

Chief Executive Officer

Brent brings nearly 20 years of pest control experience, beginning his career as a technician in 2006 and growing through operations and leadership before helping build ACTION into one of Arizona’s fastest-growing pest control companies. As Chief Executive Officer of AXN Growth Partners, Brent leads the platform’s strategic direction, growth, and partnerships, with a focus on supporting great operators, preserving strong brands, and building long-term value across the AXN portfolio.

James Carithers

Chief Operating Officer

James joined AXN in 2026 and brings more than 15 years of operational leadership experience. Prior to AXN, he served as VP of Business Operations at Wilson Electric Services and spent eight years as COO of Peak Utility Services Group, helping scale the business from approximately $60 million to more than $500 million in revenue. As Chief Operating Officer, James leads AXN’s operational strategy and execution, focused on scalable systems and performance across the platform.

Rachael Cordova

Chief Financial Officer

Rachael joined AXN in 2025 and brings more than 15 years of strategic finance experience. Prior to AXN, she served as CFO of the International Sports Sciences Association and spent nearly a decade with Manifest, ultimately serving as Vice President of Finance. As Chief Financial Officer, Rachael leads AXN’s financial strategy, planning, and performance to support disciplined growth across the platform.

Dawn Aguayo

Chief Sales Officer

Dawn joined AXN in 2024 and brings more than 25 years of pest control experience across operations, sales, training, and leadership. She began her career as a technician and spent more than two decades with Orkin, most recently leading commercial sales. As Chief Sales Officer, Dawn leads AXN’s sales strategy and revenue growth across the platform, with a focus on scalable sales teams, recurring revenue, and organic growth.

Cody Buntz

VP of Operations

Cody joined AXN in 2025 and brings extensive experience leading service-based businesses. Prior to AXN, he served as Executive Vice President of Anderson Lock and Safe and spent 10 years with Republic Services, ultimately serving as Senior Manager of Business Operations. As VP of Operations, Cody partners with AXN’s brands to strengthen service delivery, operational consistency, and scalable growth.

Fernando Torres

Business Development Manager

Fernando joined AXN in 2024 as the founder of CimeX Control, where he built a strong reputation for customer excellence, innovation, and an employee-first culture. Originally from Panama City, Panama, Fernando previously held executive leadership roles across the restaurant and beverage industries, including Miller Brewing Company, and later co-founded PureGreen Landscape in Phoenix. As Business Development Manager, Fernando focuses on building relationships, identifying new growth opportunities, and supporting business development initiatives across the AXN platform.

Thomas Wilson

Mergers & Acquisitions

Thomas brings nearly a decade of experience across valuation, investment banking, M&A consulting, and transaction execution, including prior experience with Ernst & Young. At AXN, he supports the platform’s acquisition strategy through deal sourcing, financial modeling, underwriting, and diligence. In his M&A role, Thomas helps guide opportunities through the transaction lifecycle, from initial evaluation through close.

Markus Konietzka

Director of Integrations

Markus joined AXN in 2020 and brings six years of pest control experience across field operations, routing, business intelligence, and integrations. He began his career in the field before moving into routing coordination, where he applied his supply chain background to improve efficiency and reduce fuel consumption. As Director of Integrations, Markus leads the integration of new businesses, systems, data, and processes to support a smooth transition into the AXN platform.
