Brent has nearly 20 years of experience in the pest control industry after starting as a technician in 2006. Brent’s deep understanding of the industry and dedication have made him a successful CEO and operator. Brent has a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, reflecting a commitment of discipline and resilience, qualities he instills in his team members.
Joined the ACTION team as VP of M&A. He previously served as Area Director of Corporate Development at Republic Services (RSG), a publicly traded environmental services company, where he completed multiple transactions across varying deal sizes. He brings significant expertise in leading M&A and financial diligence workstreams, with a passion to partner with small businesses.
